I absentmindedly left one item from my purchase at the counter. Doris held it for me and when I called, offered to bring it to my house. Nordstrom is known for customer service, this is an example . Thanks Doris!

Deja gave bad customer service. Out of around ten items I bought I asked her for a gift receipt for only three. She seemed too lazy to figure out which ones and printed one for all my items and gave them each to me to figure out. I told her I had a note but she said she already rang up my purchase and didn't let me use my note. She saw I was a member and didn't even ask if I had a note before she ran the charge. While ringing up everything she was tossing my items around.
