Dr nagamine is kind and thorough as usual. she has a nice sense of humor, too. explains what she thinks needs to be done and why; asks permission to proceed. she's respectful of patient "chi" and listens/hears what i was concerned about. i like her a lot.
The receptionist saw me standing there while she was on the phone, didn't greet me and kept me standing there waiting until she got off the phone. She could of said hold on to the caller and greeted me then told me she would be right with me. She didn't even acknowledge that I was waiting after her phone call. So I was irritated by this.
Thanks a lot to Dr. Nagamine for being patient with me and listening to all my problems.
Dr. Nagamine is very friendly and professional. She is very easy to talk to. I have recommended my daughter to her and will continue to recommend her to others who may be searching for a qualified, caring OB-GYN.
