Dr. Yee gave me a complete explanation of my surgical questions regarding a tumor discovered following my surgery. She also explained how to slowly build up my approach towards doing my pre-surgery activities. I was very happy and pleased with my appointment.

Enjoyed visit with provider. Dr. Yee explained things in plain English and sought treatment solutions that didn't involve medications as a first line of treatment which I really liked. She prescribed exercises I could perform daily at home prior to doing PT in the future after I complete my two separate sessions of PT. I appreciated the fact that she took into account the cost of PT and Medicare payments of PT since I am doing double PT now and the fact that adding another PT also would be a burden on me time/energy/finance wise. She had more of a holistic approach to treatment that is rare in the medical field.

Dr. Yee always goes above and beyond in her attentiveness and patience. She is an excellent physician.

Dr. Yee is awesome! Only thing is it's hard to get a hold of her because from what I heard the calls may not go straight to her office. Also my urine sample didn't get to the lab and somehow got lost or tossed.

Dr Yee is an excellent and caring doctor. Very thorough and easy to talk to. One area of improvement for the office. The staff speak very loudly and since the waiting room is small you can hear all their phone conversations while patients are waiting.

Appointments were running late which was very unusual....maybe new office, new staff, new patients. I'm sure there was a good reason.

I feel sorry for the very sick people that are not feeling well and they have to walk long to get to see the doctor. Valet is offered but you have to pay. What if you could not afford it so you suffer and walk

Dr. Aileen Yee is very knowledgeable in her field and excellent in all of the care she has given me over the years. I live on a neighbor island and it is worth my time and money to fly to Honolulu for any of my female concerns. Besides being very professional, she is a warm hearted person which comes through during the office visit.

Dr Yee and office very good. What needs improving is Hawaii pacific health phone system . Something wrong with HPH system when they call and leave msg because says presss a number to respond but then cuts off. Frustrating

Wait time was rather long. I waited almost an hour. It was my first and I did not realize the parking was so far away from the main building.
