Walked in looking for a bed after my old one moved out. Chris was immediately available and helped guide me to the best mattress for me, not the most expensive, but the most comfortable. In fact it was much better for me than the expensive Tempurpedic I've been sleeping on but cost thousands less. They did have a decent selection of returned mattresses on clearance but instead I got a new one with the Labor Day sale. Really looking forward to taking delivery of the new mattress in a few days.

I have been waiting for the Labor Day sale, and had done my research on size, brand, firmness, and mattress top I wanted. Custom wood furniture made by furniture maker Satoshi Yamauchi in Honolulu, Hawaiii. Satoshi is a passionate and meticulous artisan whose state-of-the-art furniture is one of the finest on Oahu.

He works with koa, monkeypod and other beautiful wood such as walnut. Satoshi Yamauchi brings his 20+ years of experience in Japanese woodworking to his furniture design and build.

He studied woodworking in Gifu city and then trained in Hida Takayama, a city known for its wood furniture industry in Japan. His speciality is in fine wood furniture such dining tables, live edge tables, coffee tables, beds, consoles and more.


Satoshi enjoys utilizing traditional woodworking methods while incorporating modern designs. All of the work is custom designed and built to order. Satoshi has been making custom furniture for those on Oahu and other islands, looking for more than just a furniture from a store.
