    The Kuakini Primary Care Clinic (KPCC) is for persons who do not have a Primary Care Physician. KPCC focuses on illness prevention, health promotion, care coordination, and disease management for the patients, and the use of appropriate health care services for the best patient outcomes.

    KPCC is located on the Kuakini Health System campus, in the Kuakini Physicians Tower (405 North Kuakini Street), Suite 1009. It is open Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and appointments are recommended.

    KPCC has a board certified Family Practice physician who accepts patients of all ages (with proper insurance). A board certified General Surgeon is also on staff. Click on the names below to learn more about the KPCC physicians:

    Most insurance plans are accepted, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage. Partial parking validation is available for those who choose to park in the parking buildings on the Kuakini Health System campus.

    Please call the Kuakini Primary Care Clinic to verify their participation with your specific insurance plan.
