Everyone deserves affordable health care. With or without insurance, you can always come to us for health care.

Mask use within our health centers is not mandated. However, if you would like our staff to wear a mask during your visit, let us know. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make your appointment available to another person in need.

We’re unable to provide childcare at our health center. For safety reasons children need to be accompanied by an adult when they’re in the waiting room. Only infants can accompany you to the exam room. Please bring a friend or family member to be with your children if you don’t have childcare at home.

You can fill your birth control prescriptions at our health center instead of the pharmacy. Birth control refills are available during regular business hours.

You can come to us for services that don’t require a medical exam. For example, birth control education and supplies; emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill); pregnancy testing and counseling; STD testing, and testing and treatments for urinary tract infections.

During inclement weather, please call 1-800-769-0045 to verify our health center's schedule.

We open at 11:30 AM on the 4th Friday of each month.

If you need emergency contraception (AKA the morning after pill), you can walk in anytime we’re open.

You are welcome to walk in any time the Health Center is open to make an appointment or see if there is a same day appointment available. If you have the time to wait, we will make every effort to fit you in the same day. If we can’t see you, we will give you the first priority appointment available.

Doctors On Call offers a broad range of non-emergency medical care, including physician services, laboratory and x-ray. In addition, Straub Doctors On Call medical clinic offers a full spectrum of occupational health services such as pre-employment physical examinations, drug tests and worker's compensation care.

Our physicians at Doctors On Call walk-in clinic are assisted by a full staff of nurses, accredited technicians, patient service representatives and Japanese/English bilingual translators. And our nearby Straub Medical Center is staffed with more than 400 physicians and 32 specialties available to serve you.

Doctors On Call accepts major insurance plans, including many overseas travel insurances, HMSA (Blue Cross & Blue Shield), and Medicare.

Straub Doctors On Call is NOT an emergency room. If you believe that you have an emergency, you should call 911 or go immediately to the closest hospital emergency room.
